Fraser White is the Founder and Chairman of Education in Motion (EIM), a global education group committed to shaping the future of education through world-class schools, innovation, and purpose-driven communities. ​

In 2003, Fraser partnered with Dulwich College in London to establish the first Dulwich College International school in Shanghai. ​

A qualified lawyer, Fraser began his legal career in international finance in London before moving to Asia with the international law firm Clifford Chance.  He was the founding partner of Clifford Chance Vietnam before taking on the role of managing partner of Clifford Chance, Shanghai. Having spent much of his career in Vietnam, China and Singapore, he developed a deep understanding of the international school sector both as legal advisor to schools but also as a parent of his three children.  ​

Under his leadership, EIM has continued to evolve as a future-focused education group, placing increasing emphasis on innovation, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and the responsible integration of AI and emerging technologies in education. What began as a single school has since grown into a portfolio of leading international schools and educational organisations spanning Asia and Europe, including Dulwich College International, Dehong®, Green School International, ​Hochalpines Institut Ftan (HIF), and Sherfield School. ​

Marc Ledermann is Chief Executive Officer of Education in Motion (EIM), leading the Group’s strategy, operations, and continued development across its global family of schools and educational organisations. ​

Marc brings more than two decades of international leadership experience across the education sector, with expertise spanning organisational leadership, international growth, and operational management.

Prior to joining EIM, Marc served as European Chief Executive Officer of Inspired Education Group, overseeing a group of premium schools across Europe. Before that, he spent 15 years with Laureate International Universities, holding senior leadership positions including Chief Executive Officer roles in China and Italy, as well as Senior Vice President of Global Business Development. ​

Marc holds a degree from Les Roches in Switzerland, as well as an MBA and a Doctorate in International Business. Throughout his career, Marc has held board positions in various international universities and schools, contributing his strategic vision and global expertise to institutions across the education landscape. ​

Richard Henry is Chief Education Officer at Education in Motion (EIM), leading the Group’s educational vision, academic strategy, and commitment to excellence across its network of schools.

With a career of nearly four decades in education, Richard brings extensive expertise in international education and innovation. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Education Officer, he served as EIM’s Group Director of Education, working closely with school leaders to strengthen educational leadership development and collaboration across the EIM network. ​

His career has seen various school leadership positions in Australia, Indonesia, and Singapore. Before joining EIM, Richard was Chief Executive Officer and Executive Principal of Moreton Bay College and Moreton Bay Boys’ College in Australia. Richard’s international experience includes senior leadership roles with the International Baccalaureate (IB), supporting schools and educational communities around the world. He later served as Head of School at GEMS World Academy Singapore before taking on broader regional responsibilities across Singapore, Malaysia, and India. ​

Ed Senior is Chief Financial Officer at Education in Motion (EIM), leading the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and long-term sustainability across its growing global network of schools and educational organisations. ​

A seasoned finance and investment professional, Ed has extensive experience in the education sector. Ed joins from Hill House Investment, where he was an operating partner, working closely with EIM’s management. He was previously the Group CFO of GEMS Education, one of the world’s largest private K12 education providers, where he supported large-scale international operations and strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets. Ed began his career in investment banking, spending over a decade with Morgan Stanley and ABN AMRO.

At EIM, Ed works closely with leadership teams across the organisation to strengthen financial stewardship, operational resilience, and long-term institutional sustainability, supporting the Group’s continued investment in educational excellence, innovation, and future expansion across Asia and Europe. ​

With significant experience working within complex international organisations, Ed brings a collaborative, commercially strategic, and solutions-focused approach to leadership, helping position EIM for its next phase of growth and development. 

Louisa Lu

Louisa Lu is the Regional Managing Director for China, Singapore, and Korea at Education in Motion (EIM), overseeing strategic growth, operational leadership, and regional collaboration across the Group’s schools and educational organisations in the region. ​

Having previously served as EIM’s Chief Financial Officer, Louisa brings deep expertise in financial leadership, organisational transformation, and strategic planning. Prior to joining EIM, she built her career at KPMG, where she advised multinational organisations across finance, governance, and business operations. ​

Since joining EIM, Louisa has played a key role in supporting the Group’s growth and evolution, helping strengthen operational foundations while supporting EIM’s long-term strategic development across multiple markets. She has worked closely with school and Group leaders on initiatives spanning organisational transformation, regional operations, governance, and sustainable growth. ​

As Regional Managing Director, Louisa leads EIM’s efforts to further strengthen regional connectivity and operational excellence across China, Singapore, and Korea, while ensuring schools remain closely connected to their local communities and responsive to the evolving needs of students and families.​

Victoria Bethlehem

Victoria Bethlehem is the Group Human Resources Director at Education in Motion (EIM). With more than 25 years' international experience in human resources, Victoria has held executive leadership roles across multinational corporations, high-growth start-ups and private equity-backed businesses. Having lived and worked in the USA, South Africa, Switzerland, Greece, Australia and Singapore, she brings a truly global perspective to leadership, talent and organisational transformation. 

Before joining EIM, Victoria founded her own HR consulting practice and served as Chief People Officer for several international technology start-ups spanning HR tech, ed-tech and social media. Earlier in her career, she spent over two decades with global recruitment leaders Randstad and The Adecco Group, leading strategic and operational HR agendas across global, regional and national markets. She is passionate about building future-ready organisations through innovative people strategies, leadership development and AI-enabled workforce transformation. 

Crispian Farrow

Crispian Farrow is the Group Chief Innovation Officer at Education in Motion where he spearheads EIM’s technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap. He leads infrastructure, systems, AI, analytics and digital pedagogy. Crispian brings his experience of two decades working with schools and at system level as an educator and technology strategist to his work with EIM.  

Crispian is an associate member of faculty at Singapore Management University, where he teaches digital transformation in education and he is a co-founder of Young Founders School, a non-profit teaching AI-powered entrepreneurship and future of work skills to underserved youth globally. 

Francis Ho
Group Director, Business Development & Integration

Francis leads EIM’s business development activities across the Group, with a particular focus on developing new schools. His current responsibilities also include the integration of newly acquired schools and businesses. 

Since joining the Group in 2014, Francis has spent more than a decade developing new Dulwich College International schools and evaluating and executing investment opportunities across the region. Before joining, he worked in corporate development, strategy and M&A across Asia and the United States, including with Albemarle, Koch Industries and Lehman Brothers in Tokyo and London. After a career spanning finance, corporate development and chemicals, Francis chose to apply the same commercial discipline to a sector whose purpose he found rather more meaningful: education, with a connection to the British school system he had experienced first-hand during his own years in the UK.

 Francis holds a BA in Economics from Brown University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. 

Sebastian Kahm

Sebastian Kahm is Group Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Education in Motion, based in Singapore. He leads the Group’s global acquisition strategy and execution, focusing on identifying and partnering with high-quality schools and education businesses, particularly across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. 

Sebastian has more than a decade of experience across education, private equity and investment banking, working with founders, school owners and management teams to support sustainable, long-term growth. Coming from a family of teachers—and seeing his own children thrive at school—he has a strong personal connection to education and its impact on young people’s lives.

Based in Shanghai, Emilie Niu is General Counsel at Education in Motion. She provides strategic legal and governance advice to senior leadership across the group's education operations and leads a high-performing team that delivers practical, business-focused solutions to support growth, innovation, and operational excellence. 

Emilie was recognised in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist: China 2025, and under her leadership, the legal team was named Highly Recommended In-House Legal Team (Education Sector) at the China Business Law Journal In-House Counsel Awards 2026.
